To apply my technical knowledge and experience towards an industry leading company in order to assist the company in research, design, and development of new and existing software.

Configured network computers for Microsoft Network for 200 + nodes. Managed exchange server. Installed hardware and other peripherals. Conducted training sessions to users on Microsoft applications (including Outlook), and periodically updated anti-virus on all the servers and workstations. Setup new computers with customized applications on the network. Performed backup/restore functions. Served as troubleshooter, repaired computers and provided desktop support.

Assisted in redesign and implementation of new system infrastructure. Managed a team of two technicians. Provided the technology solutions to achieve the company's business objectives. Assisted in the preliminary design of Windows 2000 network while supporting a legacy combination network of Windows 98 and NT 4.0. Evaluated and recommended appropriate software products for the proposed standard environment and assured compliance with proposed network architecture and system security. Responsible for stabilization of current network to insure proper operation of existing topology and to ease conversion from Windows NT 4.0 to 2000. Configured and personalized software to allow integration into network. Provided supplemental network design support to compliment existing work.
